competition entry for a co-living residential tower in London South Bank. The project consists of 25 co-living units that combine private and public spaces for up to 8 dwellers each. The units are stacked to form a dense and yet porous assembly, alternating sky gardens, sky plazas, and communal and private outdoor areas.
The design of the units follows a modular construction logics and are designed for off-site prefabrication and on-site quick deployment and assembly. While the modularity offer standardization facilitating manufacturing and assembly, the composition allows for a high degree of customization and differentiation of the spatial qualities of each unit.
